Via Vinera conquers Asian hearts

After a number of European awards Via Vinera wines are also rated nobly from Asian wine experts. The next high recognition for us comes from the prestigious edition of The Decanter Asia Wine Awards (DAWA). Three new awards are added to our rich collection which makes us very proud for the extremely successful year.

The world awards of the British wine magazine “Decanter” are one of the most valuable in wine world and are determining the view of key international partners. Decanter Asia Wine Awards (DAWA) is an event for wine producers interested in partnerships on the Asian market. Judges’ panel at DAWA consists of famous Masters of wine, sommeliers, samplers and journalists, having a serious impact on regional markets and the results of the contest contribute to the acceptance of the winning wines by local traders and restaurant owners.

This year Via Vinera took part at DAWA 2018 with three wines, each awarded with a prize:

–          Bronze medal with 88 points for Castellum Cabernet Franc 2015

–          Silver medal with 90 points for Castellum Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

–          Silver medal with 93 points for Via Vinera Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon & Syrah 2016

The medals from DAWA 2018 are a significant recognition for our exclusive wine collection Castellum, a reflection of our view for terroir and style. However, the honor for our newest range Via Vinera is of a great value especially after such a short presence on the market. All those acknowledgments show that our new vision and style are the right recipe for future success not only in Europe, but on other continents.
