Dimyat is an old dessert grape variety. It ripes early - with the fall of the first autumn leaves. The wines from that kind are usually fragrant, dry, and harmonic. We labeled this Dimyat with Ⰱ - the "Buki" symbol because we have followed the rules of winemaking letter by letter.
